REFUND POLICY — RONNIE WRITES LLC

Digital Products (PLR Bundles, Templates, Compliance Kits, Downloads) All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Writing Services All writing service orders are non-refundable once work has begun. Cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before work starts. Contact us at hello@ronniewritesllc.com.

Notary Services Notary service fees are non-refundable once an appointment is confirmed. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of fees paid.

Third-Party Fulfilled / Dropshipped Items (if applicable) For any physical items fulfilled by a third-party supplier, return eligibility is subject to that supplier's return policy. Please contact us at hello@ronniewritesllc.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim.

Damages & Defective Items Contact us immediately at hello@ronniewritesllc.com if you receive a defective or incorrect item.

European Union Customers EU customers may cancel within 14 days under the EU cooling-off period. Note: this exemption does not apply to digital content already accessed or downloaded under EU consumer law.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
